About Angela

Angela St. Julien is the CEO and Mediator/Arbitrator at Yes Mediate, LLC. She believes parties’ agreements are successful and most likely followed when they are invested and happy with its design.

She has a Masters in Dispute Resolution, and Bachelors in Political Science and History, and holds Certifications in Texas Guardianship, Ethical and Inclusive Leadership and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in the Workplace among other specializations. 

Angela currently serves as an approved Arbitrator for both Virginia and Washington State’s Surprise Billing programs. She is a FINRA Public Arbitrator, and volunteers as a Mediator for the Better Business Bureau of Houston and as a Long-term Care Ombudsmen. Her background and experience uniquely qualify her to serve as a neutral in varies industries.

Technique

Angela’s mediation technique focuses more on the human interaction in the possibility of rebuilding the damaged relationship when ever possible. If parties are not likely to continue a personal or working relationship in the future, she strives to assist the parties in maintaining rapport based on mutual respect as they continue to operate in a shared community.

hands-on virtual training program, delivered by some of the world’s best international arbitration lawyers comprised of a mixture of panel discussions and practice sessions, covering all aspects of an arbitral hearing (opening statements, examination of witnesses, examination of experts, and closing statements).

Baylor University 
Comprehensive Guardianship for Professional Guardians (16.5 CEUs)-
This course covers the foundations of Guardianship, alternatives to guardianship, the legal mechanics of establishing, modifying and terminating a guardianship, the duties of Guardian of the Person and Guardian of the Estate, decision-making techniques to ensure the best quality of life for the person with a guardian, unique problems facing guardians in today’s world, and a summary of best practices.

Obejective- to train the neutral to help parties in a legal dispute reach an agreement, typically regarding a service plan or case resolution, without a formal trial.
