She has a Masters in Dispute Resolution, and Bachelors in Political Science and History, and holds Certifications in Texas Guardianship, Ethical and Inclusive Leadership and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in the Workplace among other specializations.
Angela currently serves as an approved Arbitrator for both Virginia and Washington State’s Surprise Billing programs. She is a FINRA Public Arbitrator, and volunteers as a Mediator for the Better Business Bureau of Houston and as a Long-term Care Ombudsmen. Her background and experience uniquely qualify her to serve as a neutral in varies industries.
Angela’s mediation technique focuses more on the human interaction in the possibility of rebuilding the damaged relationship when ever possible. If parties are not likely to continue a personal or working relationship in the future, she strives to assist the parties in maintaining rapport based on mutual respect as they continue to operate in a shared community.
